This Week's Summary
Engineering shipped fixes for candidate management (CON-1727) and recipient sync (PAY-2599). CON-1732 (file attachments) was closed, but the actual resolution was removing a broken UI element, not enabling the upload feature iMerit requested. That capability is now tracked as a product feature request (PROD-1032, unscheduled). The Task Report (SOL-2363) and Webhook Enhancement (SOL-2359) are both in UAT. UC-1961 (agreements stuck as "preparing") still awaits production deployment. A new item, UC-1971 (broken template), is in progress.
On the payments side, a small number of invoices were held pending scholar profile verification. Both teams are coordinating on the process, and Worksuite is working on internal improvements to payment processing quality. More details to follow as solutions are finalized.

The custom Task Report for iMerit's Insights section is built and now in UAT. This was the P0 request from last week: iMerit needs task reporting as they transition away from explicit SOW document stages.

Chris D'Souza completed the requirements call with Moupiya on Mar 5. Yob built the report. Currently in UAT validation with iMerit.
Next: Get UAT sign-off from iMerit and deploy to production.

Webhook notification enhancements for iMerit's scholar onboarding workflows. Now in UAT after Angelica's implementation.

UC-1961: Agreements Stuck as "Preparing"
Ready for Deploy
Agreements not generating and stuck in "preparing" status. Fix is built and has been ready for deployment since early March. This is now the longest-queued fix in the pipeline.

Onboarding Integrity Errors (High Volume)
Monitoring
IntegrityError on duplicate key constraint in onboarding continues at high volume, consistent with iMerit's large scholar onboarding throughput. This is the same pattern flagged in previous weeks. No new regression; volume tracks with onboarding activity.
Next: Continue monitoring. Engineering is aware. Volume will decrease as the current onboarding wave completes.
409 Conflict: "Already Signed" Errors
Monitoring
409 errors on signing requests that have already been processed. Likely a race condition during high-volume signing flows. Not causing data loss but generating noise.
Next: Track trend. If volume increases, escalate to engineering for deduplication logic.

CON-1727: Quickly Add Candidates & Workflow Tab
Done
The "Quickly add candidate" button and workflow tab for loading vendors in Job Openings now works correctly. Deployed and confirmed.
CON-1732 / PROD-1032: File Attachments in Task Templates

CON-1732 was closed, but the fix only removed a non-functional link option from the UI. The actual capability iMerit needs (uploading files in task template descriptions) was not delivered. Chris D'Souza clarified the misunderstanding on Mar 9. A new product feature request (PROD-1032) has been filed but has no timeline yet.
Next: Chris to follow up with the product team on feasibility and timeline for PROD-1032. Communicate updated status to Dani and Moupiya.
PAY-2599: Recipient Sync Restored

Sync of payment recipients for iMerit had stopped working and has been fixed. Payment processing is back to normal.
QA-910 / TP-1742: Custom Field "Whole Numbers" Error

Custom field was incorrectly rejecting valid numeric input with "Only whole numbers accepted" error. Fixed.
SOL-2329: Designer Access & Elastic Cube
Done
Dedicated elastic cube assignment and designer access for iMerit's Sisense analytics instance. Completed.
